I would find it helpful to be able to create quarterly closes in addition to the regular monthly closes for review purposes. My firm does weekly bookkeeping so we need the monthly closes, however being able to have an additional quarterly close would make HST reviews that much easier and more efficient.

In Tasks, we can create multiple checklists within a single task. We use this heavily for advisory clients and recurring client meetings. For example, we have one ongoing “Agenda / Quarterly Coaching” task, and each meeting has its own checklist. This allows us to keep previous meeting notes, follow-up items, and future agendas all in one place. I would love the ability to collapse and expand individual checklists within a task. As more meetings are added, the task becomes very long and we have to scroll through several older checklists to get to the current/relevant one. We also use task templates where certain checklists may not apply to every client, but we still want to keep them available rather than deleting them. Ideally, we could collapse older or currently irrelevant checklists so that only the checklist(s) we are actively working from are expanded. Example: In the attached screenshot, I would collapse the 3/27/26 and 7/31/26 meeting checklists and leave “Next Quarterly Meeting Early 11/26” expanded. This would make long-running tasks much easier to navigate while still allowing us to retain historical notes and template checklists.

Currently, Capacity Reporting only allows us to view reporting for past months, but it does not display the current month in progress. Having visibility into the current month’s tracked time against the set client budgets would allow team members and managers to monitor capacity in real time, identify potential overages early, and adjust workloads proactively before the month ends. Please consider adding the ability to select or view the current month within the Capacity Reporting section.

Similar to creating a task from an email, it'd be nice to create a task from a comment so we could easily create projects from review notes.

Want: A counter for every CP transaction telling me how many "New Questions in the CP" and "Reminder" emails have gone out since posting to the CP. Example: I send an Uncat Asset question (new truck purchase) out on March 3rd. As of today, 9 emails have been sent to the client asking them to login to the client portal and etc. Result: For the above example, the number to be displayed is "9". Solves: This way I can casually tell the client, "no, we actually sent 9 emails asking about your new truck." Also: It would legitimately be helpful to have quantifiable data identifying which of our clients have difficulty logging in, data which we can then manipulate and do some analysis with.

Add a resend button to the esigns. Currently if the taxpayer does not receive you have to put back into drafft and then resend. This becomes an issue when one spouse has signed and the other cannot find the email. Then we have to pay the first soouse KBA twice to be able to resend. Need to be able to resend to the spouse who still needs to sign. Also be able to send a reminder to sign would be helpful.

We need to re-assign tasks when an employee is away but if we re-assign the task, every future generated task will assign that that team member. Need a pop up that asks if we want to reassign for this task only or for all future tasks

It would be so nice to be able to duplicate a task from the task list and be able to assign it to different customers/people vs having to make a task template first.

I am wondering if you have explored integrating with Digits accounting software? It looks really well built and possibly a good system.
