Right now, clients have a mobile app, but firms are stuck using the web browser only. This is a big gap. As a firm owner/operator, I’m rarely sitting at my desk all day. What’s missing: No push notifications when: A team member comments A client responds Something needs review/approval No way to quickly: Reply to internal comments Answer client questions Approve/review items What this leads to: Delayed responses to clients Slower internal communication Bottlenecks in review workflows Less engagement with the platform overall What would solve it: A simple mobile app (or even lightweight mobile functionality) for firms that allows: Push notifications Comment/message replies Basic review/approval of reports, transactions, and tasks Even just notifications + ability to respond would be a massive improvement. This feels like a core workflow gap for firms using Double daily. If you run a team or manage client communication through Double, this is a no-brainer.
