Would be nice to have a Zapier trigger when an organizer is completed by the client to kickoff a workflow to send information to our CRM.

Use Zapier to make new Note in Client file

Currently only Client ID, Task Name, Due Date and Priority are available. | The ability to enter the following additional values when creating the task in Zapier would be much more useful and look far better in Keeper: [Description, Sub Tasks, Subtext, Assigned To, Sign off, Tag, Recurrence, and Attachment(support for retrieving via URL Values)]. Many of these fields and more already exist in the return response after creating the task in Zapier but are empty.

I would like to see Zaiper access to files clients upload, such as if its a response to a non transaction question(ie..client uploads Credit card statement, etc..) or a general file upload, a transaction question, receipts... so we can then send them where we need them, Google Drive, Document Parsing app, person, task etc... Trigger Example : New File Upload (in selected source.) ie.. When File Source = a selected source(Non Transaction Question, Transaction Question, Portal General File Upload Area, Receipt, etc..) Then If all the various human readable key/value fields linked with the file are also sent to Zapier for each trigger then we can filter and direct the files anyway we want in Zapier. [ Zapier filter step: When (Filename, Tag, Subject, Question,Vendor, Description, Type, Account, Split, Amount, Comments, Question, etc...) (Contains, Matches, Starts with, Ends with, Less than, Greater than, etc..) _______ ] Having all the various human readable key/value fields linked to the file available when coming into Zapier would allow all kinds of functionality, including automating which Google Drive folder, document parser, person, task, etc.. to send the file to.

This is an app like zapier but more robust and customizable and cheaper

Three things that would be awesome to have in the "Create Task in Keeper" action: Assign a User to the Task Add Attachment Add Task Description Choose Which Section You Want the Task to Be Added to Also, a new action that allowed you to update an existing task.

I would love to see a Zap that allows us to have documents a client sends automatically downloaded to their specific folder. Even more amazing would be to be able to get granular by question and direct it to a specific sub-folder.

Allow me to have a Zapier trigger when a new task is created within Keeper. I can already filter for users, status, etc. But I can't push newly created tasks currently, only tasks whose statuses have been updated.

One thing I love about Quickbook's Zapier connection allows you to look up a client, and if they don't exist, create them. This makes it so that i can have one step in my zap that always returns the correct client value, and makes my life super easy. With Keeper's current zaps, there is not way to do a "look up client and if they exist, do this, if they don't exist, create them, then do this". So instead, i'd love to keeper to updates their "look up client zap" to have a "Create client if doesn't exist". See Quickbook's Zap options below for example.
