Feature Requests

I know Keeper doesn’t automatically add client comments, but I’d like the option to enable that feature. It would be really helpful since sometimes my staff or even I forget to add the comment manually, and then it ends up getting lost forever.

The tiny numbers inside the tiny icons are washed out in all the white background. It doesn't grab your attention that someone has posted a comment and is easily overlooked.

Allow screenshots to be added to NOTES.

For those with large teams, answering team questions can be time-consuming. Since many questions are answered within Keeper, it would be awesome if they could be used as a database with AI so when a bookkeeper is typing in a question or comment in Keeper that it would suggest an answer based on how previous questions were answered. This could also apply to responses within the portal as well.

We would like an option to escalate a task to a manager when there is a delay for whatever reason (training, client comms, documentations, etc) so that we can call their attention to it for help to get it resolved.

When I'm tagging someone in a comment I have to move from keyboard to mouse to accept the name that shows up. I would like to be able to tab off instead. So if I type "@Jo" and Keeper brings up a list of matching users, I'd like to be able to press Tab to accept the highlighted name.

It would be amazing if we could print comments. Or at least print to PDF so we can save a copy of them. We use the comments to keep a running thread of notes when we have to keep following up on issues (most recently with QBO support) so being able to print this off would be super helpful when it comes time to provide information to the client about all the communication that we have had on their behalf and how many times we have reached out on their behalf, what we talked about, etc. Since they are in order and are date/time stamped, we love being able to have this trail but it would be amazing to be able to have that documented somewhere in a hard copy should it ever be needed.

It would be super helpful if there was an app for the iPhone to sync all your tasks on your phone as well. Then you could see reminders/task deadlines on your cell phone and not just get emails and such.

Would love the option to comment internally to another team member on items in the Client Uploads section.

We often create Notes that are later updated, but because the date stays as the Note creation date, there's no way to know that there's more current information added. We use Notes A LOT, so it's key to know if something new has been added to an existing Note.
