It would be helpful to have the option to add a middle initial displayed in the dashboard for each team member. When two or more team members share the same first and last initials, it creates confusion when reviewing assignments, sign-offs, and activity.

Sometimes the transaction-related question I need to ask should be directed to a colleague rather than the client within the QuickBooks Bank Feed. It would be great to be able to add a comment such as "This is likely related to the new property purchase. Please check the file and recode if needed."

The ability to see read status of comments, similar to the 'last seen' field in the client portal. Firm managers/owners would like the ability to see when their employees have read the comments they're tagged in.

The ability to add attachments to the "Comments" between the collaborators. Right now it only has the option of putting an image in there, but usually I need to put a PDF in there.

There needs to be a chat section for direct customer conversations and notifications. It is hard to get customers to respond to emails. Both sides need instant notifications and communication. A quite space if you will for communication to clients.

it would be incredibly helpful to have a priority box or flagging option. This would make it easier to mark tasks for later attention. At the moment, once a task is read, it moves into the "read" section, and there’s a chance it might be overlooked if it still requires follow-up.

Currently you can select instant notifications or Digest daily summaries. However, this means client's new portal questions + clients handling requests get lumped into either instant notifs or Digests. Allow a split option: New portal questions can be "instant notif". Client actions/comment resolutions/uploads - normal notifications remain in the daily digest. Reasoning: New client questions should be responded to quickly, at least to confirm receipt. However, receiving all notifs instantly bombards inboxes and makes it difficult to respond to real questions promptly.
