Feature Requests

On the primary page for analytics, sorted by on -time-closes, I'd like to see in the filter an option to see further back than just the previous month. The filter exists in once I go into a team member but I have to keep applying it as I go back and forth, even to a team member I've already viewed.

For construction/trade or Large Program/Project clients, it would be great to have the options for a Profitability by customer/project report in the management reports. Ultimately it would be ideal to see all the customers/projects for the period of the report on the Y Axis, and The X axis would have 4 columns (Revenue / COGS / Expense / Profit).

When there are negative numbers on the management reports, I would like to be able to put them in parenthesis and make them red font.

I’d love to see gauge style visuals added into Double’s reporting. For a lot of my clients, this is one of the easiest ways for them to quickly understand performance. Being able to see if something is trending toward green, orange, or red at a glance makes a big difference. If there was flexibility to customize ranges, targets, and thresholds for each metric, it would make this even more useful. Ideally tied into key items like profitability, payroll percentage, and supply costs. This kind of visual layer would go a long way in making reports more actionable for clients in real time.

The ability to add QBO Custom reports to the Financial Package.

I would love to be able to have Keeper run both cash and accrual reports for clients... I have some that are cash basis for tax filing so I run cash basis financials, but it is also definitely beneficial to see and review the accrual financials each month with them so they can see their actual invoiced sales and A/R. I currently run both cash and accrual reports and would love it if Keeper could do this as well! :)

It would be helpful to have a status or flag on published financial reports that indicates the report is incomplete due to missing information (e.g., unanswered statement requests, uncategorized expenses, pending client responses). This would set clear expectations for clients reviewing the report and prevent incomplete financials from being mistaken as final.

Reorder columns on the management reports in order to move the variance numbers (red/green) to the right side of the page.

For unconnected clients, or clients not on higher service levels, allow for uploading of our own financial reports to the client portal so they show in the Financials section, rather than Files

Would like to be able to report on the performance of multiple businesses within one consolidated management report.
