Feature Requests

Please change the color of the icon or something so I can know at a glance whether a question from client has an attachment or not. Sometimes they ask me a question and have provided images there, but they all look the same so I don't know to check. I know, I need better processes! But I just want the icon to change color. :)

It would be great if there was a bulk option to update the assignee for transaction questions (similar to how tasks can be bulk updated). Because having to update these manually is tedious and time consuming

Side note: (I love the hold shift and select lower feature you currently have) Currently, when I select multiple files the only option for bulk is to Delete, Move, and Download. I believe it would be a simple thing to add a functional button to show and/or hide the files.

It would be very helpful if we could see "Yes/No" for if the vendor consented to 1099 e-filing when submitting their W9. Right now, you have to go back through the Vendor Requests screen to find & compare. It would be great if there was an added column within the Prepare 1099 report where that was reflected.

Super admin users should have the ability to add and edit timers of their employees

When a manager goes through and reviews and signs off on a client project, I can get 20-30 emails about sign-offs complete. Can we have these emails batched by client as an option?

I'm trying to add a checklist to a payroll review. The checklist has 10 steps. And the only way I can do this is to copy every. single. line., one by one, to the other task. I tried using AI to copy; it can't read it. I tried using AI to add the task and checklist to all of the relevant clients. It copied the task but not the checklist. This setup is not scalable. I can do this if I have five clients, but not for 30.

Add usage summaries to the AI Settings tab that provides details regarding how credits have been "spent" per user, client, and/or specific tasks.

Would love the ability to open various links in Keeper in a new tab with a right click. I do this alot in other programs like Xero or Quickbooks to avoid clicking back. For example if I am looking at my client list it would be ideal to right click on a client and load that client in a new tab. Then I have the option of leaving it open or simply closing it and having my client list exactly how I left it. I might have temp filtered it and don't want to go re-filter just because I hit the back button.
