Notify firm users when a team member changes. For example, if a new A/P staff is assigned to a client, a notification goes out to all team members assigned to that client.

I would love to have an Admin assignee placeholder, similar to Bookkeeper, Reviewer, Tax Preparer, Tax Reviewer, or Tax Manager.

When clients complete an organizer, it would be helpful to be able to filter their responses. For example, it would be ideal if we were able to only see the fields actually answered by the client, and be able to disregard fields with no answer or the ones that were not required.

On our questions view, we have each client with a column showing how many questions are in their client portal. Is there a way to filter that by date? We are missing questions because they aren't popping up to the top.

I'd love to have the ability to see the timer in hours and minutes instead of a decimal.

It would be great if you could filter close lists for a user in ANY role on a role - i.e. a user may be a CP on one client, a CR on another, and a CM on another, based on complexity of the client, but if you filter to include all of any one category, you'd omit others. It's clunky trying to create a clean list view without removing permissions for other clients, which is not ideal, either

The pending organizer count is not incorporated into the reminder emails that are sent out to clients.
