I onboard my new employees with training videos, but i'd love to have a Demo Account that the employees could practice their Keeper skills in.

When it comes to seeing internal communication with colleagues through comments, it's extremely difficult to know when those comments are a result. Sometimes a green check appears, but they are still open, sometimes they are resolved but the confirmation does not come out. The fact that the statuses are shown as open/pending or as results is essential to optimize time Please correct this

Looking for the ability to attach files to Client Notes (Client Info > Notes) in Keeper.

As it stands we can hide archived clients, but if we need to review past tasks/notes/client answers, we have to uncheck the box in 'All Client Settings' then go back to the client list to click on the client page, then go back to the settings to hide them again. It would be very helpful to have the ability to go to All Clients Settings & view the archived client pages directly from there if you click on the name.

I would like Claude to access Reporting, timers and capacity reporting so I can get reports immediately when someone exceeds time on clients

Ability to update Tracking Categories on postings in Xero in the same way we can use Classes in QBO within Keeper

I would love for files to be able to be sorted in different ways, especially in alphabetical order under each folder.
