Tax1099 released a new import template Oct 1 2025, can the form that Double exports be updated to match the current Tax1099 import form so there is no need for any additional steps to upload the 1099's for filing

During onboarding, when I have my client's attention, I would like to set up statements to import to Keeper from all bank and credit card accounts..especially credit cards. Currently some banks import statements at QBO, but credit cards usually do not have an option for a third party log in and getting clients to login and get statements for me is always a headache...I know it is a common bookkeeper headache.

Would love the ability to open various links in Keeper in a new tab with a right click. I do this alot in other programs like Xero or Quickbooks to avoid clicking back. For example if I am looking at my client list it would be ideal to right click on a client and load that client in a new tab. Then I have the option of leaving it open or simply closing it and having my client list exactly how I left it. I might have temp filtered it and don't want to go re-filter just because I hit the back button.

I'd love to be able to give some of my managers the access to add clients, add tasks, add employees, have access to all clients (including each new one), but not have the ability to see my company's financials. Is there a way to give them almost Admin access without letting them see our account? Maybe another way of wording this request is "Can we hide one set of books from other admins"?

I'd like to limit which users can access what information n Keeper. especially W9s in Keeper. To manage our internal controls, not everyone has access to SSN and EINs. We already limit this in QuickBooks as well. Another piece would limiting hat the clients upload to Keeper under non transaction questions. This is where we remind clients to upload their bank and credit card statements. We like to redact the account numbers before sharing it with the team that reconciles the accounts.

Spell check would be a helpful addition in all text areas. I'm an accountant and a terrible speller. Please help.

I will keep saying this to every 1099 app out there. You NEED to have a way to determine how old a 1099 is and if you need to get a new 1099. Every year you are supposed to request new 1099s because entities can change their structure, their address, their name, etc. So, could you please add an upload date/year to know if you need to request a new 1099.

There are 20 states that don't participate in the Combined 1099 Filing with the IRS. If a vendor lives in one of those states, I have to look up the filing requirements for that state. It would be very helpful to have a check box or an auto generate alert based on the state somewhere in the 1099 area. It would be really cool if it populated instructions (see Track1099s state filing area) so we didn't have to look it up. Maybe the address in that area is enough, but I'm just dreaming.... =) These are the states that DO do combined filing...its' the other ones that are stinkers. We’d like to export both vendor legal name and DBA to the Track1099 CSV. Currently, QBO Company Name = Keeper Legal Name = Recipient’s Name in the CSV. The DBA (Display Name in QBO, Name in Keeper) doesn’t export. Can the export be updated to map the DBA to “Recipient’s Second Name (optional),” an unused CSV column?
