As a firm owner with more and more clients, i would love double's AI to be able to give me client summaries. To the point that I could have a "client update" summary page where it would take into context:
  • Latest observations on client financials
  • Updates on some of the most recent conversations (non-tx questions and questions for us) from the client, and any changes or concerns the client has had (gauging for client sentiment)
  • Recent Notes so that if my team uses the notes features for meeting agendas, we can be in the know on what happens
  • Recently added or updated tasks to detail what has changed for this client.
  • Time Tracking of my team by client to identify if employees are having to spend more time than usual on a client as of late (due to changes or issues)
  • Review internal team comments on that client to gauge team sentiment and what challenges they are working through.
  • Would also need to be able to factor in "Client Properties" so that things like "Extension Status" or "Tax Return Type" etc would be included in context so that i could ask it questions and not have to go look up what type of tax return i need to do. We also include Properties like "Point of sale system" or "Payroll Software", would want that included in context.
This would allow me as a firm owner to feel in control and in-the-know on all my clients
