Feature Requests

When building out folder Structures for clients, we want to be able to set up our own templates of folder structures for clients so that everything flows the same accross all clients.

Include task due date for custom tasks for more than once a week- e.g. twice a week

In order to add a tag, we have to go to the client to open the task after creating from the Quick Add button. This defeats the purpose of the quick add button to be used from anywhere and not having to open the client's portal.

Color coding the task view to show overdue, due soon and not due yet like they are inside the close.

Allow Close Tasks like the Transaction Review to be set up to repeat weekly or quarterly.

It could be really helpful to have an optional space (easily hidden, if needed) where one could add a description to the entire section. This space could house general instruction or best practices for the tasks within the section and/or a few specific details that are needed when completing the work that you may not want to have attached to each individual task. As a current workaround, we've seen people create an "Info" task to house this information. The downside to this is that it can get lost in the mix with other tasks and there is always a risk of it being checked off and then hidden on the completed tab.

Allow file attachments on tasks to be automatically copied over to new recurring tasks.

rather than starting from scratch every time

Would be great to have the top left of the Keeper screen visible from any view in Keeper, like we currently have with the top right. This will allow us to access all available tabs from anywhere in Keeper: * Client List * Tasks * Firm Tasks * Time Tracking * Templates * Add Another Client

It would be amazing if we could have our tasks be integrated with Google Calendar Tasks.
