I agree! FC adds it automatically, why can’t Double? Ira frustrating to have to take that extra step.

That would be great but if possible could auto add the question and client response? Oftentimes responses are meaningless without the context. Not every question comes down to “what did you purchase?”.
I think there’s another canny request out there that specifically asks for thread details… who posted the question or response, and when. Maybe this one could be combined with that canny so we’re not doing this piecemeal.
And yes, the entire thread including follow up should be captured and auto added to QB.

I like this option as we ALWAYS add comments. It would also be nice if it added follow-up questions and the client's response to those.
