Feature Requests

When we ask a client a question on a Tx, it would help to have the client automatically be able to view the attached receipt/image when they click on "view files". Currently, i see nothing as a client when i click on "view files" even when i can see it's uploaded on the Firm side.

If there are a lot of questions in the portal, its hard to see which ones client has responded to. The question should change colour or show somewhere it has been answered so client can easily see what is left

I'd like to be able to add my email signature to the Keeper email templates. I can paste it currently but the format is wrong so it doesn't look the same as it does in gmail.

If you accidentally send an email that hasn’t been opened yet, you can undo the send.

It would be great if there was a bulk option to update the assignee for transaction questions (similar to how tasks can be bulk updated). Because having to update these manually is tedious and time consuming

Ability to set a time for communication to be sent (Example: working late, but don't want the "New Questions" email to be sent until 9am)

Some client questions require too much time to address immediately. It would be great if we could create a task from their question that contains all attachments.

Side note: (I love the hold shift and select lower feature you currently have) Currently, when I select multiple files the only option for bulk is to Delete, Move, and Download. I believe it would be a simple thing to add a functional button to show and/or hide the files.

Please add a way to edit the templated question in the 1099 task. Thanks!
