Be able to email vendors directly from Keeper asking for a W9. THIS IS HUGE. I find that for about every 40 W9 requests i send out saying (Hi, we're the bookkeepers for XYZ....) one of those vendors ends up scheduling a consult with me to inquire about our services. To be able to send out the emails quickly with a professional format would be huge as it is essentially free marketing for our firms.

Some client portal questions can be answered by multiple contacts (ex. multiple owners or office manager). It would be nice to be able to assign a question to multiple people. Once one of them responds, then everyone the question was assigned to would be able to see what was responded and by who.

The "Files" view for clients gets very visually overwhelming quickly as time goes on because each folder is expanded and so the file list gets long. It would be great if the main folder headers (ie Account Reconciliation) are collapsed by default and client can click it if they which to view those files. I would also love reorganized the folder order so the Other Reports will be at the top.

Manually upload custom reports to the client's portal.

Client uploads tons of files - want to be able to select transaction questions in bulk and have all files sync back to QBO instead of reviewing 1 by 1

Metrics and graphs of client financials in the Client Portal. The purpose of this feature is to give the clients easier access to their financials and give them one more reason to go in and answer your questions :)

Looking for a way to either export an expense transaction list to the client or a way for them to review their P&L by vendor.

Option for automatic notifications to be sent on the date that recurring questions are scheduled.

I communicate with multiple users for one company. It would be great to be able to tell which user responded to my question in case I need to follow up with them outside of Keeper.

I love the ne look for that question area, but I'd like to still be able to edit them. I do that pretty frequently and it's frustrating if I now would have to create new questions and delete the old one as opposed to just editing it
