Disconnect Portal Contacts without deleting

Our main client contacts periodically change. We really need an option to disconnect them / remove their access and preserve their name on questions answered. When we delete a contact, any questions they answer shown "unknown" which can be problematic later when investigating the reasons a transaction was handled a certain way, etc.

The ability to archive client contacts would allow us to retain historical data, but remove them from the all contacts list.

This is actionable through Ask Double, but the contact's name will not be preserved on existing question responses. Their name will show as "Unknown" once they're unlinked from the client.
Here is an example prompt that you can paste into the AI chat: "Unlink the portal contact "<CONTACT NAME>" (<EMAIL ADDRESS>) from all clients they are currently linked to."
