W9 Reminders

Why can't these email reminders be set up to be automated to vendors? The functionality already exists for clients, so should be pretty simple to sub in vendor email address instead.
Also, when you manually send the W9 reminder email to a vendor, there's absolutely nowhere to see if/when any reminders were sent. That seems like such a basic function that's missing.

We can’t have too many screens bc clients get way to confused but I wish there was once place they could see different options.
Maybe sections that all their questions are in
1) priority
2) non transaction
3) transaction
4) w-9 requests
Maybe just a toggle to turn all or some on or off? After over 3 yrs of having a client on double they said they “forgot” they had to do the non transaction questions 🤦♀

I also think for transaction a view like ours would be much better where like “uncat” they can choose, class, customer, location! And upon approval it saves! 🙏

I envision this as sectionslikeour page where u click and it opens! Don’t lick and it shows the number of transactions or questions waiting.
This would be so clean and nice for the clients
