When posting and matching receipts to existing transactions, there is no way to see if there are any client questions or internal comments. Clients are getting frustrated because they will upload a receipt and then still have an apparent action item for the receipt they just uploaded. We are creating workaround tasks to review client questions and if the transaction has an attachment, but are only able to accommodate that once a week due to transaction volume. It would be great to resolve a client question right before approving a match, therefore eliminating the need for multiple steps and no more unhappy clients.
