Turn an email into a non-transaction question for a client

Additional thought - it would be cool if the client could forward emails to our practice email (or other dedicated email?) and as long as the email address they are sending from is associated with a client contact in our system, the most recent message on the email thread would be converted into a "Question for us" (for the firm) within their portal and include any attachments that were in the email thread without them having to log in and create the question manually

This would be great to have this option as currently I have to remember to go to Keeper and enter non-transaction questions that come through email and also by text message.
