I would like to be able to see if client has read the email sent from the portal when I open the "Inbox" in Double. I use Boomerang with my Gmail so I can see if they've opened my emails when I go to my Gmail so I prefer to send emails from there instead of Double. I would like to use Double to send emails but it's too time consuming to go to the specific client's portal to see if they've viewed it or not and when and how many times. I've attached an image of how it appears when I open my Gmail.
