Some firms have domain-based email hosted by non-gmail/outlook providers. Today, Double can send emails from these addresses but cannot connect them as an Inbox to read/sync inbound emails unless the provider is Gmail or Outlook-based.
This creates confusion during onboarding / implementation because firms may believe “connecting practice email” implies full inbox functionality. In practice, they can’t pull email history into Double or use Inbox triage for inbound emails, which blocks adoption.
