Description: Workflow concern regarding the current use of the “Add Memo” function in the portal.
At present, client responses are captured in the Memo field. However, this field is not visible when reviewing transaction details within Profit & Loss (P&L) reports. For accounting review purposes, it would be significantly more efficient if client responses were also included in the Description field, which is visible during P&L detail review.
Request - Would it be possible to automatically populate the Description field with the content entered in the Memo field, or
Provide an option to sync or duplicate Memo content into the Description field?
This would improve visibility during financial review and streamline workflows, as team members would not need to cross-reference fields when analyzing transactions.
