Yes!!!! I am consistently having this issue. I will be working on a client and then go to a few others. But because I have a tendency to not turn the timer back on once its off, I leave it on so i know what time i started and ended my day. Then i have to go back and try to locate the time for the other clients and I have lost out on so much pay because of this. I know i worked but unless i have documented time spent I cant get paid for it. If not then can you all have a recorder feature that records what we do and who we are working on so we can reference that? I have tried getting the reports that show when i was in Double working on the closes but i fluctuate between QBO and Double and I have yet to find those reports. I need a report that shows when i was working in Double and which client. and if possible what i was doing. Otherwise please add multiple timer options.
