Instead of the client needing us to text them that new messages are in the portal, they get an app notification based on our notification settings (so it’s not immediate and annoying) for them that pops up on their device letting them know there are messages.  This cuts down on the need to use the link or the extra steps to log in especially if they use a pswd manager with SSO. We can also have it set to keep reminding them at set intervals if they don’t respond.
