We need a button or toggle that will put a big red stamp on reports saying "Draft" or "Pending Client Input" or something like this on reports. That way we can finish a close and move on to the best of our ability when difficult clients won't send us information or answer questions. This makes it real clear to them and whoever looks at their reports that they are incomplete because of the client.
