We have been excluding Credit Card payments as needing a 1099 for a long time. PayPal payments are now excluded. I know this is new so the Paypal payments need to be excluded. Maybe I am in the wrong months to see this change in place.

Pat bad_data hi! You should be able to add the PayPal account to your excluded list, and that will remove all PayPal transactions.
