Sharon Bailey Unless it has changed recently, those features are included once you get to 20 clients. If you don’t have 20, then you can pay the difference. (If you have 15 clients and currently pay $150, then you would pay $50 extra for the signature and organizer features)

Alicia Porter Unless they've changed it, you have to contractually agree to using Double for the next 12 months, at 20 clients a month, regardless of how many clients you have. I have more than 20 clients, but I absolutely hate being forced to be locked in to any software subscription.
