If the client is filling out an organizer, they should be able to "comment" on a questions or sections without having to fill it out. Say they are asking to pick from a drop down if they are on Cash or Accrual basis and they want to ask "If i run my books on accrual, but file taxes on cash, what should i do?". We can then have a side back and forth on the organizer item before they submit.
