We need a native webhook event that fires when a client uploads a file to a question in Double. The current Zapier integration only covers close status, task status, and client property updates — file uploads are not included. We are not looking for a Zapier-based solution. We need this as a native Double webhook so we can connect it directly to our own automation stack (Make, custom scripts, etc.) without going through a third-party trigger layer. This is a recurring manual bottleneck across multiple clients where files are uploaded monthly and require immediate downstream processing. A native file-upload webhook would be the highest-value automation trigger Double could add for bookkeeping workflows.
