In the non-transaction questions screen there's no way to look at all the questions and tell if an assignee has been assigned or not without clicking into each one. It is super important that this is able to be seen from a high level so whether that be some type of alert that says there's questions out there that don't have an assignee, or make it visible so we don't just click into each one.

Also make it so we can bulk assign by selecting all the questions and bulk make the change instead of having to do it in each one.
