I have some KPI set up for our month end close. Our client likes to see COGS as a percentage of revenue as well as some other KPIs. I have added the KPI to the metric page but can we either change how the increase/decrease in percentage is being calculated or be able to turn that off? The increase is being calculated as the current month KPI % minus the last month KPI% divided by the last month KPI%. So if the KPI when from 18% to 19%, the increase showing is a 5.56% increase instead of just 1%. I think this is causing more confusion for my clients and could cause some concern. So these KPIs would be helpful but I think could cause more confusion.
