When was the last time my client viewed my questions??
It would be nice to see when/ if clients view our transaction or non-transaction questions (or if they view at all).

Hi Josh - while we don't have analytics on a per question basis at the moment, we do have a "last seen" timestamp. This will show you the last time the contact has logged into their Client Portal. More on that can be found here: https://help.doublehq.com/en/articles/6088811-inviting-clients-to-the-client-portal
Is this sufficient for your needs or is there a particular reason you'd like question specific analytics?

Ryan Le Roux It was in regards to whether or not I could mark a question as resolved. Sometimes a client may see a question's answer that doesn't need a response and this way I could know that yes, the client has seen it and we're good to resolve it. Hope this helps.
