Exempt accounts from the Transactions coded to parent accounts report

If your checking account has child accounts, all transactions show up in transactions coded to parent accounts.

Keeper should support exempting certain accounts from the check without excluding all related transaction from the report.

If the system could only pull accounts that actually have sub-accounts, this would be more efficient.
