I love the shared inbox to find all emails related to a client in one location, however, since it's linked by anyone sending to that client contact, there's no way to exclude a particular person from the collection.

It would be nice to have a setting that only connects the main firm email and the employee emails so that those communications are caught, but allows for an exclusion from a particular user or group of users.

An inbox collection based on the domain going out and those users, not the client receiving. For example: collect all emails out from domain "firm" but exclude user "owner@firm"
