In addition - if we could have the ability to send reminders to clients at different times, dates. Some of our clients have specific days they want their reminders as it coincides with a meeting with their teams.

This would be amazing! I have many clients where the owner isn't the one that needs to get the reminders and would love to be able to turn those off so that the owner isn't getting bombarded with emails every week.

...and texts! I have to add multiple numbers as clients because of Keeper Receipts - so they have to be manually put into specific client files if the number isn't in as a contact. However, I don't want a staff member or administrative assistant to get a text about client portal questions when I only send those to the business owner
