Display List of Transaction and Non-Transaction Questions in Client Emails

I think clients would respond faster if they could see question details when they get a Double email notifying them of portal action items. Maybe when we set up recurring reminders, there could be an option to display a list of questions or leave as a "you have questions in the portal" note?

My concern would be they would reply to the email and not log in to proper respond on each transaction

But also add the ability to turn it off for questions that are sensitive and shouldn't be in an email.
