Yes, please!! It is frustrating when a client leaves a lengthy message with the upload with a bunch of questions or information that needs to be responded to, and then the only option is to create a non-transaction question with the upload, but all of the client message just disappears from there. I'd love for the client to have to use the "Questions for Us" tab if including written information/questions since that is much easier to respond to OR if we could have the option to move the uploaded file WITH the message coming along to a "Questions for Us" thread, that would make the most sense as it's a client initiated topic and the message needs to be referenced and should be saved.
