Currently you can select instant notifications or Digest daily summaries.
However, this means client's new portal questions + clients handling requests get lumped into either instant notifs or Digests.
Allow a split option:
  • New portal questions can be "instant notif".
  • Client actions/comment resolutions/uploads - normal notifications remain in the daily digest.
Reasoning:
New client questions should be responded to quickly, at least to confirm receipt.
However, receiving all notifs instantly bombards inboxes and makes it difficult to respond to real questions promptly.
