Yep, this is a good idea. Related to this perhaps, I often use the keeper gmail extension to add a nonclosing task from an email. It would be very cool if keeper could determine which client based on who the email is from. SO if email is from Mary@XYZ.com, and Mary is a contact on client XYZ, for the extension to them populate the Client field on the non-closing task pop up!
