I'd love to see the ability to organize Question Templates either:

Alphabetically, or

By custom drag-and-drop ordering, similar to how Close Sections can currently be arranged.

As our library of question templates grows, the current creation-date ordering becomes increasingly difficult to manage. I currently have around 20 question templates, and my team spends unnecessary time searching for the appropriate one when using the Double extension in QuickBooks Online.

Being able to organize templates would significantly improve efficiency and make related questions much easier to find. For example:

Vendor - General

Vendor + Receipt Request

Vendor + Transaction Info + Receipt Request

Vendor - W9 Specific

These related templates could be grouped together instead of being scattered throughout the list based solely on when they were created.

This would make the feature much more scalable for firms that maintain a larger library of standardized client questions and would help teams respond more quickly and consistently.
