When a client asks a question through the portal, add the ability turn this into a task.

I would love turn all portal questions into a task. So, if I ask the client a question and then the client answers, I'd like to be able to turn it into a task for a team member. Those little comment bubbles just don't work well for us.

Heidi Hartley agree! The comment bubbles end up being Unresolved and the list just keeps growing since someone has to "close the loop"
