When reviewing a document in the client uploads, it would be really helpful to be able to create a new one if you don't have one that fits this document.

The current workflow can get pretty tedious. You have to exit the client uploads > click files > create new custom folder > (potentially refresh the page) > then go back to the client files > move to that folder.
