Client Contacts Should Always See Their File Own Uploads

All client contacts should automatically be able to see what they themselves have uploaded. For example, if I have two client contacts for the same client--one is the owner and one is the office manager--I should be able to deactivate "Files Access" for the office manager without removing their ability to see what they upload directly. The issue currently: when the office manager (who does not have Files Access to prevent that employee from seeing personal items uploaded by the owner) uploads a statement or a receipt, it "disappears" from their view and they're unable to see what they've already uploaded. They should be able to see what they've uploaded, but nothing else.
