Ben Stein: It's like having a to do list where you can see checked and unchecked items. Especially with onboarding, I like to check to see that what's been submitted is what we need and then "check" it off without having it disappear. The checking off lets me know they submitted it, we've seen it and we're good. Once the onboarding is done, then removing the items from view is fine. If I check the box now, it disappears which can lead to me wondering if I remembered to ask for it in the first place, so I have to go to the Closed view. Not sure if I'm making sense. It's only really come up with onboarding for me.
