Change Icon when there is an attachment

Please change the color of the icon or something so I can know at a glance whether a question from client has an attachment or not. Sometimes they ask me a question and have provided images there, but they all look the same so I don't know to check. I know, I need better processes! But I just want the icon to change color. :)

When in 1099 view (or any other view), it would be awesome if there could be a small # icon for the number of documents attached. So in 1099 view, you could see if an image is in the file section without having to click in to it. Maybe in the short term you just have a number count in parentheses. (see example)

I think my request can be merged in on this. But i don't think the Icon count should just be limited to the client portal. It should be on any field where there is an attachment (1099s, Client Questions, Client Portal, etc)

And i would say, this would be great to have in the client portal as well. So instead of the client having to click through each "view files" to see if there are any attachments, they'd be able to see IF there are attachments in the first place.
