I would love to have the ability to set a calendar event for each task. For instance, client A task to review week one bank feeds, I would set to the first Tuesday after the 7th. 20 minutes. Blue. Recurring.

I time block and my entire day is set by my Google calendar. After I complete a task, I open the calendar, adjust the time it took, and see what's next. I'm constantly moving things around in there. The issue? One off or new tasks in Keeper don't make it to my calendar because I forgot to check Keeper. I am also horrible about logging into Keeper and marking a task as done.

If the calendar was IN Keeper, it would need the ability to mark the task as done from calendar view. The tasks would need to have preset time length estimates as well as start times. If this were a thing, all of my emails could be turned into tasks that were automatically added to my calendar. 🙌

The ability to access Outlook (or Gmail) calendars within Keeper would be great. I am still needing to have Keeper email and Outlook open so I can get to my Outlook calendar to view scheduled meetings and get to Zoom/Teams meeting links etc. I'm a little on the fence when it comes to having all of my Keeper tasks dump into my calendar. I feel like that could get super overwhelming, but everyone works differently, so maybe the ability for the user to choose whether or not they would like to see Keeper tasks in their calendar? Or to take that a step further, the ability to choose which tasks should appear on the calendar allowing the user to only add things that really need to stand out such as tasks with hard deadlines

I would love to see this view & then have the ability to sync to my Outlook calendar! Looking to use tools like Reclaim AI, but need my Keeper workload to sync somewhere I can integrate those type apps.

I would really like this view for my team so they can see all of their tasks on their google calendar or just in a calendar view in Keeper

I switched from Asana to Keeper. I absolutely LOVE Keeper but would LOVE it even more if there was a calendar view! I find it hard to see my tasks in a list view. Manifesting this for 2025. ✨
