From the Prepare 1099s, allow users to bulk select vendors and then bulk ask the templated client question 'W9' requesting that W9.

This would be a huge time saver!

yes this is great when doing an onboarding, or when the client is the one requesting W9s on behalf of vendors, so they don't receive multiple emails
