Better selection of Close due dates

Can the Close and Close tasks due dates have more variance like the "2nd Monday" etc. instead of just selecting a calendar date? Then it would be awesome to bulk apply this date to tasks.
This would help greatly to make sure the overall workload is spread out evenly for me and my team.

This would be HUGE. I work on all NFPs and they need their close done before finance meetings which are always no the third thursday or the 4th friday etc.

Yes! This would help us too as we work on specific clients on the same day each week so having it recur on the same day each month require more internal work for us to go in and adjust those dates!
