Grace Lewis no I want the rules from the transaction files to allow me to auto post the transaction to the ledger. For example, a client uploads a receipt from Walmart and it is less than $100. Automatically categorize to "Office Supplies" and publish to the ledger. That way I don't have to manually sort through all of the transction files and manually post.

Grace Lewis in QBO this would be called Auto-Publish and it would be a check at the bottom of the add/edit rules screen.
