Currently, a close will only auto-create next month if the prior one is 'done'. This creates a compliance gap if a close takes longer than normal, and the automation runs before the close is complete -- if someone doesn't remember to than manually create the close, a client could be forgotten. This is pretty imperative from a control standpoint.

· Go to Practice Settings.

· Enable "Auto-create closes on the first day of the month if the previous close is 'Done.'"
