For prepaid expenses specifically, I'd love to see an automatic addition to the description field in the line for the accrual journal entry that reads "1 of 12", "2 of 12", "3 of 12" for each journal entry. My clients really like to have that information so they can really tell where we are in the process of recognizing this expense and when the renewal is going to come due.
