Assign multiple people to Close Status Notifications

It would be helpful to be able to assign multiple team members or roles to Close Status Notifications (ie when a status is 'Stuck' notify Person A, Person B and the Reviewer).

Ben Stein I think we are looking for a per client assignment, this is for the entire org?
Example. 
Client A should notify employee 1, employee 2, and employee 3. 
Client B should notify employee 4, employee 5, employee 6.

If I use the close reviewer option, does that accomplish what I mentioned above? 
If both client A & B have a close reviewer assigned, the close reviewer assigned to client A will not receive any notifications for client B?
