Assign multiple contacts to a question

Some client portal questions can be answered by multiple contacts (ex. multiple owners or office manager). It would be nice to be able to assign a question to multiple people. Once one of them responds, then everyone the question was assigned to would be able to see what was responded and by who.

Ben Stein, can we open this one up as "partially complete". It doesn't appear there is an option for multiple people on a "question for us". So none of my clients are going to stop emailing me and use the portal because they want multiple people on their team to be on the message. Can we have this completed on all questions?

Following up on this one. This is hands down the most important update i NEED for me to actually be able to use keeper as my one stop shop. Client won't use the portal when they have multiple people that need to be on a chat message.

Please let us add "watchers" or "commenters" on a question. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!

Just commenting on this one as i believe this is one of our biggest outstanding hold ups when it comes to making Keeper our one-stop-shop for all communication and getting clients out of email.

I think one of the deterents from them adding this has been "if something is 'Assigned' to multiple people, it never gets done cause they assume someone else could do it. WHAT IF, we had who it's "Assigned" to, but could also add "Viewers" or "Commentors" or whatever you want to call it that can also be present on the conversation/question....

We really need this. Here's a screen shot of what a client showed me they have in another accounting portal they use with a different firm. Sometimes the owner wants to have a conversation about accounting stuff with the GM and Head of F&B and my team. They have to do that through email since we can't do it in keeper.

We really need this improved.

I would love something like this! I have a client who wants me to assign questions to two different office staff, and I'm not sure the best way to handle it for now, lol. I'm sure we can figure out a workaround for now, but it would be a great feature to have!
