I currently use Hubdoc to publish receipts as bills and match them to QBO bank feed transactions. Every month I like to review the "unpaid bills" to see which receipts weren't matched to a transaction. An A/P Transaction report will allow me to more easily see a full list of which bills require my attention, assign the task to a contractor, answer transaction specific questions with in-app chat, ask clients questions, and close the transaction status when it's been resolved.
